If you're running for office or are authorized to do so by the candidate, please fill out the form below to express your support for the non-reformist reforms listed below.

If you’re an organization or individual that supports the policies listed above, please consider asking candidates for public office where you live to complete the questionnaire. 
If your organization is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, you can ask candidates to complete the questionnaire without putting your nonprofit status at risk. Please review the guides below for more information:
