Terms of Service

Before commissioning:
-Payment is made in full prior to commissioning. Upgrades in commission type after starting are fine, but may cost extra as outlined on the price guide.
-Communication can be held on Mastodon, Discord or by email. I do not handle the process through Telegram or Twitter.
-I will not copy or trace other people's art, even by request.
-I try to finish in a timely manner. Communication is always welcome but this is not a full-time activity for me.
-NSFW is permitted. I do not draw content deemed illegal in the US. I may decline to take a commission for additional reasons and will make this clear before a payment can be made.
-My outcome is digital, always drawn digitally unless stated otherwise. Finished work is provided in PNG format, or GIF if animated.
-I do not provide source (CLIP) files. If I must (example, a reference sheet with togglable features) I can provide a .PSD with toggleable layers. This is very rarely an option.
After receiving:
-Posting anywhere is fine, do not remove or alter the watermark without permission.
-If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund is provided in full.
-If we are ultimately unhappy with the finished result and I feel I cannot provide a satisfying outcome, I may provide a partial refund.
-Chargebacks are a permanent ban from commissioning in the future, and I am likely to warn others. If unsatisfied, please negotiate first.
-If a commission is cancelled, or heavily modified to a point where a sketch no longer resembles the finished result, I may modify it for other purposes.
-I may use the finished result as a public example, unless you do not authorize this.
Physical merchandise:
-Items are shipped on the same or following business day, I have a one-day handling time.
-Shipping costs, if applicable, are combined when possible.
-Packages include tracking numbers, however letters (such as sticker orders) do not.
-Orders strictly consisting of stickers always have free shipping.
-Shipping is, unfortunately, currently US-only.
Generative AI is not used at any stage of any of my processes, and anything I provide may not be used for training it, whether it belongs to the client or not. This includes localized models.
