For the MappingParty Kochi registration form, we collect personal information such as Name, Email, Phone number and other assessment related information. We will be using these responses for assess your expertise and experience in Wiki and OSM contributions.
We assure you, we will not share any of your personal data we collected from you except with the accommodation establishment. Also we delete online data from the provider at the end of the event and keep an offline copy till 90 days after the event for any incidentals.
We use libreraforms.org, a SaaS service provided by the creator of AGPL licensed libreraforms, to collect your data. The form provider privacy policy includes the information that the data will not be retained once the answers to a form are deleted.
