GNU Health and Orthanc Integration Test

The purpose of this test protocol is to determine the accuracy and reliability of the GNU Health and Orthanc Integration Project.

We have developed two modules: "Radiology" and "Health_Orthanc_Configure". The goal of this project is to connect an Orthanc PACS server to GNU Health in order to access patient images. The "Health_Orthanc_Configure" module configures the Orthanc server and allows to connect to a local or remote Orthanc server. The "Radiology" module manages image data by uploading and deleting images in GNU Health, viewing selected images with the Stone DICOM viewer or the OHIF viewer, and allowing doctors to access images via the Orthanc web browser or view each single slide of image in GNU Health.

Test Environment
The experiments can be conducted on a virtual machine running Ubuntu, Debian with GNU Health version 4.4.0. Both GNU Health clients were desktop versions.

3. Two pre-configured VMs (Debian and Ubuntu) are available for use. Please email me if you're interested.

Note
1. You can't add or remove files on the UCLouvain demo server. Instead, you should set up another Orthanc server on your own computer.
2. Deleting a study in the GNU Health web client (Tryton SAO) may result in a strange message box, but it does not affect the result, just close it. This is a limitation of SAO. The desktop client does not display such a message box.
3. The localization (translation to other languages than English) is not completed.
