KPCS Care Mail Request Form

Please complete this form to request Care Mail from Kinship Post Club & Studio (KPCS). Care Mail is free and intended to provide joyful messages to those experiencing hardship, are homebound due to physical or medical limitations, or could simply use some kind thoughts. Note that any information regarding the recipients personal situation is voluntary and not required.

Care Mail is friendly and appropriate for all ages! Please ensure the recipient is okay with receiving personal handwritten mail and the requester submitting their personal information needed to fulfill the Care Mail request.

Please be sure to provide, at least, the recipients first name and full mailing address. This information will only be used to fulfill Care Mail requests.

Faith-based content may be included in any Care Mail. Any faith-based content is shared purely as part of my personal Christian beliefs, and meant as another form of kindness, support, and connection. If you have a preference not to receive this kind of content, it should be noted in your request.

As per the intent and free nature of this program, submitted Care Mail requests are not guaranteed. KCPS reserves the right to reject any requests for any reason.
